- This collection of update information is restarting from scratch. We are retreating from the use of 'Server Side Includes' (SSIs) back to self-contained HTML pages, with modest use of embedded 'Cascading Styles', is now underway. The implementation of this website is definitely not 'state-of-the-art', but seeks rather to provide simple pages, solid information, and fast access. The 'glitz and glitter' of 'leading-edge technology' is not, in our opinion, compatible with the needs of veterans and others who do not have the systems and access which can effectively use it.
